Go Away, Big Green Monster in French

This book features die-cut pages through which bits of a monster are revealed, helping children control night-time fears of monsters.

Each page features just a few sentences of fairly simple language. It is especially good for teaching colours and descriptions.

Va-t'en, Grand Monstre Vert is written entirely in French but the language is fairly simple as it is aimed at young children.

This title is available in a choice of two formats:

A great book for teaching parts of the face and the order of nouns and adjectives in French.
Only downside is that it's black shiny surface does not work well on a visualiser.

Great for teaching colours and parts of face. Everyone enjoyed shouting "va-t'en!" at the monster. My older children's group (6-9) really enjoyed it too.

This is a great book to use for teaching colours and face parts. It is fun but not too babyish for the older KS2 children. It is a good sturdy book so will hopefully be around for a while.
