A game developed for learners of Spanish as an additional language, El dominó de cada día provides a fun and stimulating way for children to learn vocabulary and grammar structures based around a theme of daily routine and everyday actions.
The game will help children to learn and conjugate 48 high-frequency Spanish verbs (regular and irregular verbs) in the present, past and future forms.
Each domino has an illustrated action and a written phrase. Following the rules of dominoes, players match the pieces together by matching the pictures and sentences, conjugating the verb in the correct form. The teacher can decide which grammar tense to use and can thus change the level of difficulty.
El dominó de cada día has been developed for learners of Spanish. It is aimed at those at levels A2-B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which is a higher beginner / lower intermediate level of language learning. It is published in Europe and uses Castilian (European) Spanish.
Please note that the supplied instructions are in Spanish - we are able to supply an English translation on request (free of charge).
