Schools Information

We welcome UK and International School Orders!

We supply language-learning resources to many schools, libraries and resource centres throughout the UK and abroad. We are pleased to have been awarded a "five star site" status from schoolzone - the school support site.

How to Order

UK local government schools, libraries and similar educational establishments wishing to place orders with us can either:

a) Complete their own purchase order form and send to us by post or fax. You will be invoiced for your order on dispatch.

b) Alternatively, you may order online using a debit/credit card or order online and choose to send a cheque as payment. If you have chosen the cheque payment option when ordering online, your order will not normally be sent until payment is received. If you have ordered online and wish for your school to be invoiced for your order, you must also send in a purchase order form to authorise the order. Orders placed online will not be eligible for the shipping discount mentioned below.

Payment
Goods ordered for schools will be invoiced for payment within 30 days or payment can be made by credit or debit card when placing the order.

Postage & Packing
We offer FREE postage and packing to UK local government schools, libraries and similar educational establishments, subject to a minimum order value of £100. For orders below this amount, P&P is charged at £3.95, or £2.50 if your order is below £10. Overseas postal or freight charges will be charged at cost - please contact us for advice.

Delivery Times
We ask you to allow a minimum of 1 week for us to process your school's order. Should your order include any items that are out of stock, we would normally wait until all items are ready so that the order can be sent in one consignment. If your order is particularly urgent, we will do our best to accommodate your needs - please let us know.
