	Order online Shop with us online for access to real-time stock information and pricing and for the quickest turnaround of your order. • UK schools can request to be invoiced (option available at checkout) for payment within 30 days. • Or pay with your school / establishment's credit card.

	Order offline by phone, fax or post Browse our website or our catalogue and make a note of the items you would like to order and then get in touch to place your order with us. You can use your school's own purchase order form (ask your bursar), or download our own order form here.

Further Information for Schools

PAYMENT TERMS
Goods ordered for schools will be invoiced for payment within 30 days or payment can be made by credit or debit card when placing the order. UK only - international schools, please contact us to discuss payment options.

DELIVERY CHARGES
We offer FREE postage and packing to ALL UK addresses, subject to a minimum order value of £150. For orders below this amount, P&P is charged at a flat rate of £2.95.
Overseas postal or freight charges can be estimated by adding the items you wish to your basket online, and then selecting your destination country. We can work with you to offer other shipping options for your order. Please contact us.

DELIVERY TIMES
We ask you to allow a minimum of 1 week for us to process and deliver your school's order. Should your order include any items that are out of stock, we would normally wait until all items are ready so that the order can be sent in one consignment. If your order is particularly urgent, we will do our best to accommodate your needs - please let us know when you place your order.

NEED ADVICE?
We know how difficult it can be to choose resources. Please contact us for advise - we'd love to talk to you. We're a friendly business with qualified teachers and linguists on our staff and will be able to offer you helpful recommendations with no pressure to buy.

INSPECTION COPIES
We aren't generally able to offer inspection copies of our resources but offer a 14-day return policy on almost all items so should you find that what you've ordered is unsuitable, simply return to us within 14 days and you will not be charged for it.

BULK DISCOUNTS
We can offer discounts if you're purchasing in large quantites. Maybe you're buying class sets of a particular resource or are purchasing on behalf of your local authority or cluster of schools? Generally we can offer a discount if you're buying 10 or more of any item but please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we'll put together a tailored quotation just for you.
