Returning an item
Can I return an item that I've ordered from you?

Should you decide that an item that you've ordered is no longer suitable, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt* for a full refund (minus P&P costs). All items returned must be unused and in a saleable condition.
*We regret that we cannot accept unsealed returns of media such as CDs, DVDs, computer software and similar items, unless faulty. We therefore strongly recommend that you contact us for advice before making a purchase if you are unsure as to whether or not it will be suitable for your needs.
How do I return my items?

Please use the form below to submit your request for returns authorisation. A customer services advisor will be in touch within 1 working day to let you know how to return your item.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO US UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AUTHORISATION
What about faulty / damaged / incorrect items?

If you have received a faulty / damaged item, or have received the wrong item in error please submit your returns request below and somebody will be in touch to arrange for you to return the item and replace it for you.
Can I return an unwanted gift?

If you have received an unwanted gift that was purchased from Little Linguist, you may be able to exchange it for a suitable alternative. We would need you to supply us with the purchaser's name to enable us to trace the order. Your return would be subject to our normal returns policy.
