Returning an item

I have received a faulty / damaged item Please contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel using our Returns Authorisation Request Form (click here ). PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO US UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AUTHORISATION. A customer services advisor will contact you with details of how to return your item and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of us being unable to replace your item, a full refund will be offered.

I would like to return an unwanted item
Please contact us immediately using our Returns Authorisation Request Form (click here ). PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO US UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AUTHORISATION. A customer services advisor will contact you with details of how to return your item. Please note that items can only be considered for an exchange / refund if they are returned to us in the condition that they were sold in and within 14 days of receipt. We regret that we cannot accept returns of media such as CDs, DVDs, computer software and similar items, unless faulty. Your can read our full returns policy by clicking here. Can I return an unwanted gift? If you have received an unwanted gift that was purchased from little-linguist.co.uk, you may be able to exchange it for a suitable alternative. We would need you to supply us with the purchaser's name to enable us to trace the order. Your return would be subject to our normal returns policy.
