I've shopped with you before but can't log in to my account
Our website was upgraded in September 2006 to a new and much-improved facility. Unfortunately, we weren't able to transfer customer and order data from our "old" site and so you will need to re-register. This will take just a few moments of your time and we appreciate your patience.

How can I change my address / personal details?
Please log in to your account and click on the "personal information" link. Enter your new details and click the "submit changes" button at the bottom of the form.
How can I choose a different delivery address (e.g work address / mother-in-law's house)
As you proceed through the checkout procedure, make sure that you tick the box at the bottom of the "step 1" page if you wish to enter an alternative delivery address for your order.
