How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items are normally dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri only, excluding holiday periods), but we cannot guarantee this service, especially during busy periods.
Product availability is clearly displayed on the website as you add items to your basket. Should your order contain some out-of-stock items, we will normally hold your order until everything is in stock and ready to be dispatched.
Depending on your chosen method of delivery, once your order has been dispatched, you would normally receive your order within the following timescale:

*Express delivery parcels are despatched the same day if ordered before midday. They will then be delivered on the next working day (Mon - Fri). Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be delivered until Tuesday.
**Please note that Royal Mail will not investigate missing / delayed parcels until 15 days have passed (UK Standard Delivery) or 25 days (standard international parcels) or 56 days (economy international)
Do you offer shipping to international destinations?
Shipping is available to many overseas destinations and we offer a range of delivery options to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. Customers outside of the E.U can also benefit from tax-free shopping, saving up to 17.5%!!

Can I have my order delivered to another address (e.g. work / mother-in-law's house)?
Yes. As you proceed through the checkout procedure, please tick the box at the bottom of the "step 1" page if you wish to enter an alternative delivery address.
Most parcels are sent using Royal Mail services. Heavy (2 Kg +) or valuable orders may be delivered by ParcelForce instead.
What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?
The postal worker / courier will normally leave a card to let you know that they have called while you were out. Instructions on how to arrange re-delivery / collection will be written on the card.
If you think that you are unlikely to be in when your order arrives, you can add a comment when ordering with instructions for where you would like your order to be left (e.g. in garden shed, with a neighbour etc.). Please note that we will not leave parcels unattended if your order is worth more than £30.
Alternatively, you can arrange for your order delivered to an alternative address such as your work address. As you proceed through the checkout procedure, please tick the box at the bottom of the "step 1" page if you wish to enter an alternative delivery address.

Caring for the Environment
It is our policy to help to protect the environment by recycling packaging whenever possible. Often, we will ship orders using reused packaging. We are sure that most of our customers will be happy to support this intitiative but if you'd rather your order was sent to you in brand-new packaging, please make a note of this in the "comments" box when placing your order.
