If you cannot find the informationi that you are looking for, please contact us . DELIVERY CHARGES & TIMESIn-stock items are normally dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri only, excluding holiday periods), but we cannot guarantee this service, especially during busy periods.
Product availability is clearly displayed on the website as you add items to your basket. Should your order contain some out-of-stock items, we will normally hold your order until everything is in stock and ready to be dispatched.
UK - Standard Delivery (usually 3 - 5 working days**) We offer FREE standard delivery within the UK on orders over £100. If your order does not qualify for free delivery, standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order*. Items are sent with either Royal Mail standard post or courier.
*Orders below £10 (excluding shipping costs) will be charged £2.50 for P&P. UK - Express Delivery (next working day delivery for orders placed before 12 noon) Where available, express delivery is charged at £7.95 per order. We are only able to offer this service to UK mainland destinations where all items are in stock for immediate despatch.
Overseas Delivery
We offer delivery to many worldwide destinations. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship to North America. For further information about delivery to international destinations, please click the logo on the left.
Delivery charges for all international orders are based on the weight of your order and are priced as follows: Europe - Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg & The Netherlands Delivery charges start at £3.95 up to a maximum of £14.95 per order. There is no maximum weight limit for orders to these countries and delivery is normally within 2 - 10 working days**.
Europe - Austria, Finland, Italy, Portugal, Spain & Sweden
Delivery charges start at £3.95 up to a maximum of £16.95 per order. There is no maximum weight limit for orders to these countries and delivery is normally within 2 - 10 working days**.
Europe - Cyprus & Greece
Delivery charges start at £3.95 up to a maximum of £25.95 per order. There is no maximum weight limit for orders to these countries and delivery is normally within 2 - 10 working days**.
Europe - All other countries
Delivery charges start at £3.95*. There is a maximum weight limit of 2kg for orders to these countries and delivery is normally within 5 - 10 working days**. If you wish to order several items, you will probably need to place 2 or more smaller orders.
Worldwide - Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand & Singapore
Delivery charges start at £6.95* and delivery is normally within 5 - 14 working days**. There is a maximum weight limit of 25kg for orders to these countries.
Worldwide - All other countries
Delivery charges start at £6.95* and delivery is normally within 5 - 14 working days**. There is a maximum weight limit of 2kg for orders to these countries. If you wish to order several items, you will probably need to place 2 or more smaller orders.
Worldwide - Economy
Delivery charges start at £3.95* and delivery can take up to 8 weeks**. There is a maximum weight limit of 2kg for orders using the economy shipping option - if you wish to order several items, you will probably need to place 2 or more smaller orders.

It is our policy to help to protect the environment by recycling packaging whenever possible. Often, we will ship orders using reused packaging.
