UK Standard Delivery orders are usually sent via Royal Mail 48, although if your order is particularly valuable or heavy, it may be delivered by courier instead. Standard Delivery orders are normally delivered within 2 - 5 working days* from the date of despatch.

UK Express Delivery orders are sent by courier and will be delivered the next working day (Mon - Fri) if you order online before midday. This is a trackable and guaranteed service. Regrettably, this service is only available for Mainland UK destinations (ex. Islands through UK, NI and Scottish Highlands).
Please note that Express Delivery is only available if all the items in your order are in stock.

* Although nearly all parcels are delivered in this time-frame, Royal Mail ask us to allow 15 working days for them to deliver mail and we cannot accept claims for non-delivery until this time has passed.

European Delivery

Delivery charges to overseas destinations are calculated according to the weight of your order and are priced as follows:

EUROPE - Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg & The Netherlands

Delivery charges start at £3.95 up to a maximum of £14.95 per order. There is no maximum weight limit for orders to these countries and delivery is normally within 2 - 10 working days**.

EUROPE - Austria, Finland, Italy, Portugal, Spain & Sweden

Delivery charges start at £3.95 up to a maximum of £16.95 per order. There is no maximum weight limit for orders to these countries and delivery is normally within 2 - 10 working days**.

EUROPE - Cyprus & Greece

Delivery charges start at £3.95 up to a maximum of £25.95 per order. There is no maximum weight limit for orders to these countries and delivery is normally within 2 - 10 working days**.

EUROPE - All other countries

Delivery charges start at £3.95*. There is a maximum weight limit of 2kg for orders to these countries and delivery is normally within 5 - 10 working days**. If you wish to order several items, you may need to place 2 or more smaller orders.

WORLDWIDE - Canada & United States of America

Delivery charges start at £4.50 and delivery is normally within 5 - 14 working days**. There is a maximum weight limit of 40kg for orders to these countries.

WORLDWIDE - Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates

Delivery charges start at £4.50 and delivery is normally within 5 - 14 working days**. There is a maximum weight limit of 40kg for orders to these countries.

WORLDWIDE - Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand & Singapore

Delivery charges start at £4.50 and delivery is normally within 5 - 14 working days**. There is a maximum weight limit of 40kg for orders to these countries.

WORLDWIDE - All other countries

Delivery charges start at £4.50 and delivery is normally within 10 - 28 working days**. There is a maximum weight limit of 40kg for orders to these countries. As orders over 2kg are too heavy to use the normal post and courier costs can be very high, if you wish to order several items, you might find it cheaper to place 2 or more smaller orders.

WORLDWIDE - Economy

This is a cheaper delivery option available for customers in selected countries. Delivery charges start at £3.20 and delivery can take around 6 - 8 weeks***. There is a maximum weight limit of 2kg for orders using the economy shipping option. If you wish to order several items using Economy shipping, you may need to place 2 or more smaller orders.

 ** Although nearly all parcels are delivered in this time-frame, Royal Mail ask us to allow 25 working days for them to deliver Airmail to non-European destinations, and we cannot accept claims for non-delivery until this time has passed.

Caring for the Environment

 It is our policy to help to protect the environment by recycling packaging whenever possible. Often, we will ship orders using reused packaging. We are sure that most of our customers will be happy to support this initiative but if you'd rather your order was sent to you in brand-new packaging, please make a note of this in the "comments" box when placing your order.
